IntellectAI: A look back at 2023

2023 was the year where we took our use of advanced technologies to a new level with the addition of pre-defined generative AI use cases in our end to end underwriting ecosystem. This was a milestone to give us the opportunity to bring such a capability to our clients, prospects and partners that allows for scale and shows immediate ROI.

That wasn’t all though! 

• We launched our underwriting solutions and brand in the UK insurance market, and we continued to grow our business in the Specialty, E&S and Wholesale markets.  
• We were excited to be recognized by leading analyst groups including Datos Insights and IDC as leaders in the underwriting workbench and ingestion space.  
• Fintech Global named us an Insurtech100 and PC360 listed us as a 2023 Insurance Luminaire, both for the innovative work we are bringing to commercial insurance.

Aside from the generative AI, we have been able to bring tremendous growth to the capabilities of Magic Submission, Xponent and Risk Analyst for underwriter effectiveness and profitability.
