The incumbent would be part of the Marketing & Analysts Relations (Global Analyst Branding Team) team which supports the strategic and tactical needs of the company. The team works on various primary & secondary research assignments which include — company profiling, industry research, knowledge management, creation and dissemination of research and accolade documents, etc. Contribute to the global overall strategy for analyst relations and work with the Head of Global Analyst Relations to identify opportunities for increased investment and impact scaling of the AR program.
Job Description:
- Identify, develop and manage the relationships with Analyst Firms, key analysts and market influencers; brief analysts on key product launches and industry moments.
- Execute briefings and inquiries with relevant analysts and company spokespersons to establish Intellect as a leader in the minds of analysts, influencing their likelihood to position Intellect and its offerings favorably in their research reports and recommend us to clients.
- Assist internal subject matter experts and spokespersons in preparing content that is tailored for an analyst audience.
- Make market research a part of our culture by ensuring analyst perspective and data is integrated into product strategy, narratives and marketing materials.
- Work with product marketing/lines of businesses to secure positive analysts reports, and deliver quality information to analysts
- Work with analyst firms to complete research reports and whitepapers
- Preparing analyst briefing tours, presentations, and documents
- Support the corporate communications team in other PR-related programs and activities
- Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics
- Developing and monitoring an analyst report calendar for coverage potential
- Analyze and synthesize Research & Analysis on Industry & Market trends
- Competitor Intelligence Tracking
- Present research findings to Senior Management
- Track Analyst driven Webinars & Research content
- Real time tracking of mapped competition across various news & media sites and Social Media channels
- Disseminate Analyst credos in various Internal / External Communication channels
- Organizing and shelving of Research content
- Assist Analyst Relations team with setting up briefings & Inquiries
- Manage the Market Research repository with all accolades, and research reports for easy retrieval
Competencies Required:
- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word & Excel)
- Exposure to BFSI Industry would be added advantage
- Working experience in analyst repositories like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Ovum, Celent, etc would be added advantage

Education and Experience Required:
- Masters Degree in Marketing/Business/Operations
- 7+ years in marketing, research, communication roles
- Global Coordination experience & expertise preferred
