Experience Required: 7+ years
The incumbent would be part of the Marketing & Analysts Relations (Global Analyst Branding Team) team which supports the strategic and tactical needs of the company. The team works on various primary & secondary research assignments which include — company profiling, industry research, knowledge management, creation and dissemination of research and accolade documents, etc. Contribute to the global overall strategy for analyst relations and work with the Head of Global Analyst Relations to identify opportunities for increased investment and impact scaling of the AR program.
Education and Experience Required:
Primary responsibility is to ensure deep customer loyalty across a portfolio of clients and increase a customers lifetime value. Accountable for NPS higher than 9, and will have a revenue target for existing customer growth. This role requires 12+ years of commercial insurance domain experience with 4+ years of successful delivery or relevant experience with digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (Al/ML) initiatives.
A proactive approach is required to achieve customer’s strategic goals; drive customer value from Intellect products and services; and ensure high engagement rates from each customer.
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and API Strategy development. Experience with Anypoint Platform, Flow Design, API Design. Dataweave, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, API Management, EDI Integration. Experience in developing, deploying and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub, Deep Knowledge with different MuleSoft offerings. Experience in design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce, 3rd Party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors, Salesforce integrations, MuleSoft On-Premise and Cloud solutions, message queue design patterns, integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications, designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies.
