The incumbent would be part of the Marketing & Analysts Relations (Global Analyst Branding Team) team which supports the strategic and tactical needs of the company. The team works on various primary & secondary research assignments which include — company profiling, industry research, knowledge management, creation and dissemination of research and accolade documents, etc. Contribute to the global overall strategy for analyst relations and work with the Head of Global Analyst Relations to identify opportunities for increased investment and impact scaling of the AR program.

Job Description:

  • Identify, develop and manage the relationships with Analyst Firms, key analysts and market influencers; brief analysts on key product launches and industry moments.
  • Execute briefings and inquiries with relevant analysts and company spokespersons to establish Intellect as a leader in the minds of analysts, influencing their likelihood to position Intellect and its offerings favorably in their research reports and recommend us to clients.
  • Assist internal subject matter experts and spokespersons in preparing content that is tailored for an analyst audience.
  • Make market research a part of our culture by ensuring analyst perspective and data is integrated into product strategy, narratives and marketing materials.
  • Work with product marketing/lines of businesses to secure positive analysts reports, and deliver quality information to analysts
  • Work with analyst firms to complete research reports and whitepapers
  • Preparing analyst briefing tours, presentations, and documents
  • Support the corporate communications team in other PR-related programs and activities
  • Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics

Competencies Required:

  • Working experience in analyst repositories like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Ovum, Celent, etc would be added advantage
  • Excellent analytical & Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal skills

Education and Experience Required:

  • Masters Degree in Marketing/Business/Operations
  • 7+ years in marketing, research, communication roles

Primary responsibility is to ensure deep customer loyalty across a portfolio of clients and increase a customers lifetime value. Accountable for NPS higher than 9, and will have a revenue target for existing customer growth. This role requires 12+ years of commercial insurance domain experience with 4+ years of successful delivery or relevant experience with digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (Al/ML) initiatives.

Responsibilities

A proactive approach is required to achieve customer’s strategic goals; drive customer value from Intellect products and services; and ensure high engagement rates from each customer.

  • Responsible to ensure customers achieve their business goals in an efficient and effective manner, strengthen executive relationships, and ensure NPS >9 with a 100% customer retention.
  • Understand and eliminate/minimize friction points at various stages of the relationship/interaction (lead/prospect/customer).
  • Act as an influencer with Intellect’s customer base, Identify & implement upsell and cross sell plans to increase the customer’s lifetime value.
  • Work with sales to implement upsell & cross sell closures to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends and customer behaviors at various stages of the lifecycle and provide direct feedback to marketing, sales, product and implementation teams
  • Develop, deploy and monitor ongoing customer success metrics & implement mitigation strategies where necessary. Metrics include program success; NPS; NES; referrals; retention; innovation; growth; change management;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with Intellect products and transformation services/accelerators
  • Be the voice of the customer (take a customer first approach) and work closely with cross functional internal teams to ensure highest quality of engagement – Customer Success Team (CSG), Presales, Product & Delivery leads, Marketing and Analyst Relations
  • Ensure contract terms and conditions are met and work with finance to manage invoices and billing.
    Hire and train new employees as Intellect grows
Requirements
  • Deep commercial lines domain knowledge (12+ years)
  • Strong digital/AI transformation and change management experience (4+ years)
  • Must have successfully managed large programs for multi line carriers
  • Strong knowledge of customer service/success/growth practices
  • Ability to influence both business and technology stakeholders strategically
  • Proven leadership, innovative thinking and communication skills
  • Must take a customer oriented approach and have a strong propensity for relationship building
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
