Roundtable: AI in P/C Underwriting

This roundtable hosted by Sandeep Haridas, EVP and Insurance Business Head and Martina Conlon, Executive Principal, Datos Insights, will explore how the ranks of underwriting talent thin out and the expectation for speed and ease of quoting and underwriting increases, insurers are looking to automation and digitalization to give them the edge they need.

This session will be an interactive engagement where participants will discuss applications of AI such as intelligent document processing, image and document analysis, LLM underwriter assistants, and AI-enabled workbenches to increase underwriter accuracy and productivity. Participants will also discuss success stories, challenges, plans to put LLMs into full production this year, and other considerations such as the quality and maturity of their data and how to measure ROI.
